3/26/09-Visits

I had a nice visit from Elianie and Drew. They were visiting from Chicago. They got to watch me while Mommy and Daddy frantically moved stuff around the house so the exterminators could deal with the mice problem. YUK!

3/21/09-Saturday, Bronx Zoo

Today I had on my cool dude button down from Grandma Judy (Lobis)

I'm the royal dudearino.
That's me with Mommy.

Please, no more pictures...I need my beauty sleep (nap)

We went to the Bronx zoo with cousins Brett and Jessica.

I was very active for this trip and excited to see more of the animals, other then the ones we brought with us.

We got to see Tigers...(my Daddy's favorites)

and Polar Bears

and Gorillas (Mommy's favorites)

The Grobis family:

While in the Bronx we went to Arthur Ave and had great Italian food at Enzo's 2339, Arthur Ave. (just so we have record) I wanna go back when I'm on solids...mmmmmmmm.

I love Cousin Jessica's Dinosaur Songs. Mommy, what's a Dinosaur?

3/20/09-Friday...Chillin

I was just chillin out today, at home with Mommy...

Caught up on my reading...

3/18/09. Wednesday

I hung out today with Mommy while Daddy was working on a shampoo commercial.

I was pretty giggly today in my Alligator suit.

Mommy and I went to a movie, Sunshine Cleaning.
I did some tummy time.

Why do they make me do this silly stuff. It takes time out of my busy schedule of thumbsucking.
Another one of me in my Tricycle Onesie!

Tuesday, 3/17/09-Hanging with Jah G.

This is Mommy and Daddy's gorilla Jah G. They have a lot of gorillas in the house, and tiger's too. Jah G is kind of special and he is always getting into trouble.

Sometimes he acts out and has to be sent to Hippy camp. He wants to be a bike messenger and goes to Gorilla alleycat races.
Today I went to Baby Boogie class at the Park Slope YMCA...I did my first art project.

Monday 3/16/09, Road Trip to Philadelphia

Monday started out great. I got a new hat from Susan Haskell and was hanging out with my Grandpa, Bob.

Then we headed to Philadelphia to take care of some family things.
We got a hearty breakfast in Williamsburg Brooklyn at Urban Rustic.
I was in my favorite transport, the infant car seat.

On the road we stopped at the Thomas Edison rest stop so I could chow down. Daddy took a picture of this Hummer in the handicap spot. He hates these gas guzzling polluters. I mean if your handicap isn't it hard enough to even get into one of these monstrosities?

Here's me in the car seat, with my favorite activity. Thumb sucking...I call this more like thumb chewing.

Here's me talkin in the car:

Then I got to hang out with my Grandma Judy Lobis. There are two Grandma Judys. My Mommy and my Daddy's mother are both named Judy.

Maxwell through the months

Sunday, looking for strollers for two.

Today we went looking for a double stroller for me (Maxwell) and my buddy Jacob.

We're sharing a nanny with this other amazing couple: Eric and Brenda. I feel lucky to be in such good company.

Here's Jacob in his Ergo.
Ah, the Nanny Share...we're soo PARK SLOPE.

Mom and Dad took me to this huge place that has all this stuff I'm sure that I need. Its called spend spend baby or something like that.
This guy Hugo works there and he was really helpful in working with us to pick out a stroller. He helped us before settle on the Baby Jogger city mini so we thought we'd try out the double version.

As you can see by my expression...I think this is going to work out just great.

Bye Bye Buy Buy Baby!

Maxwell at Vera Plum

Maxwell begins his modeling career:

Our friend Tamara runs this great website for babies and kid clothes: Vera Plum.

Check out Max's debut here.

Fire at Totonno's Pizza.

Maxwell is very sad (although he doesn't know it yet)
We woke up to learn our favorite pizza place has had a fire.

from Gothamist.

We have big plans to put up Maxwell's picture on the new section where they keep the babies of Totonnos.

Not sure what caused the fire but this local Coney Island institution will rebuild.

We've had a lot of memories there:

Samantha's Bridal Shower
a number of Birthdays
and this was the place we always tried to go to before the Mermaid Parade.

Goodluck, we'll be there for Max's first pizza...the best PIZZA IN NYC!
